Summit Title is located in Hendersonville, but can provide title insurance in all 100 counties of North Carolina. Our focus is to assist our customers to resolve title issues. We pride ourselves on prompt responses to both attorney and lender requests. Our experienced staff invites title questions and consultation.
Meet our staff:
Tom Mulligan – Tom has been in the title insurance business since 1972 and graduated from New York Law School in 1977. Tom has worked in North Carolina since 1995, first for a lender reviewing title and closing documents and then for a title insurance agency. Tom started Summit Title in 2003.
Marcie Kane – Marcie also started in the title business in the 1970’s and managed large offices in other states. After working in a North Carolina law office, Marcie came to Summit Title in January, 2004 and is now a partner in the agency.
Stephanie Stauter – Stephanie also got her initial title experience in another state, but has been with Summit Title since June, 2005. Since the arrival of her son in 2009, she has reduced the number of hours she works, but her dedication to serving Summit Title’s customers remains the same.
